Legal personality of kindergarten and its impact on school management in a historical comparison years 1993 - 2013

In this thesis I deal with legal personality of nursery schools. I define the concept of legal personality, describe its influence on school management, present the extent of legal personality of Czech nursery schools in a historical comparison, and briefly also in an international comparison with other European countries. The topic of the thesis directly addresses the field of legal status of schools. In the theoretical section, I describe the current situation, explain relevant terms, and the needs preceding the necessity to establish the legal personality of schools. Furthermore, I present the history and legal terms of legal personality of schools in the time frame of the 1990s when all types of schools gradually gained their legal personality. In a separate chapter, I discuss management of the school as a legal entity. In the research section of the thesis, I show the present extent of legal personality of Czech public nursery schools. The aim of the thesis is to help create a comprehensive view of how legal personality affects school management and the authority of the headmaster as an executive of an organization with legal personality.
Reflection opinions of management on the development of school education system in the Czech Republic

Thesis on Reflection opinions of management schools in the development of the education system in the Czech Republic traces the development of Czech education from the perspective of headmasters of primary and nursery schools in Prague 8, who manages the school with legal personality. It deals with the major determinants moments - social transformation, economic reform, curriculum reform, legislative changes that affected the environment of Czech education over more than twenty years. Detailed mapping the environment through competence and responsibility, opinions, attitudes and actions insight into six areas - personal characteristics of school principals, education reform, curriculum reform, school culture and school cooperation with parents and pupils, the area professionally - personal development directors from the perspective of moral dilemmas that accompanied the work of directors for more than twenty years. Artificial intelligence as a challenge to private law Abstract The subject of this master thesis is private law and artificial intelligence. The main goal of this thesis is the analysis of private law aspects of artificial intelligence and the evaluation of current laws regarding this technology. Therefore, the thesis mainly deals with the legal status of artificial intelligence within the current law and the possible granting of the status of an electronic person. It also deals with the issue of appropriate regulation of artificial intelligence in the future. The first part of the thesis is focused primarily on the concept of artificial intelligence, its importance for society and law and its risks. The primary goal of this chapter is to acquaint the reader with the functioning of artificial intelligence as a technology, while considering its differences from other technologies, especially its autonomy. The second part of the thesis is then focused on a critical analysis of artificial intelligence in terms of current law, according to which artificial intelligence can be considered a thing in the legal sense, a product or an author's work. Analyzing the use of law as a tool for the management of educional systems in Czech Republic and evaluating the impacts of selected legislative changes in years 1990 - 2010

This diploma thesis examines the use of the law as an instrument for the governance of the education system in the Czech Republic. It evaluates the impact some selected changes in legislation had on the education system during the period between 1990 and 2010. The topic of this paper is the law used as an instrument for implementing education policies in the Czech Republic, as well as monitoring of and evaluating objectives and reality. A section in the theoretical part is dedicated to defining and explaining the basic terms the author works with and uses throughout the text. The paper briefly analyses the development of changes within the school system in the course of the first twenty years that followed after the November overthrow in 1989. Key attempts to make changes in education and child-rearing are described, and the amendments to the Education Act or, if applicable, other legislation that impacted on the school system and education are examined.
